Got my silver boy profile charm yesterday and I just wanted to say thank you!  (order # 1935-5317-9832)  I've been looking for one in the malls to give my mother since she has a charm for my daughter but not one for my son who is already a year and half old!  You'd be surprised how hard it is to find those at all, especially the silver ones.  I was leary about ordering online, especially the engraving.  I had tried that before with some Christmas ornaments and it was a very frustrating experience.  Your engraving was perfect, the charm was exactly as pictured on your website, the price was VERY reasonable, and it arrived in the mail so quickly!  Thank you so much!
