Listed below are a few things to remember and think about when ordering engraving on an item from this site.

When ordering, first and foremost, remember, there are no returns or exchanges on engraved items.  The reason for this is because an item is engraved and it cannot be resold, therefore we cannot give a refund or exchange.  However, if we make a mistake, we will replace the item at no charge, but we still cannot give a refund or pay for return shipping. When choosing a font, be sure to go to the font's page and look at what we have to offer.  If you choose a font that only comes in upper case letters, your item will be engraved in all upper case letters even if you enter upper and lower case letters on the order.  If you choose a font that is available in both upper and lower case letters, the item will be engraved exactly as you entered the information on the order (example: all upper case will be engraved in all upper case, all lower case will be engraved in all lower case, if you have no spaces it will be engraved with no spaces).

When entering dates, please use dashes and not slashes, as slashes takes up to much space.  All dates will be engraved with dashes.

When entering what you would like engraved, remember, the more text you enter, the smaller the text will be.  All the fields for entering text are limited to the amount of text that we feel will look good for each item. 

When you have a limited amount of space to put a certain amount of text, the more text, the smaller it has to be.  Notice the dates to the left, all four say the same thing.  Actually less is more, when it comes to engraving.

If it will fit, we will engrave it as you requested.  If it will not fit, we will email or phone you with a suggestion of a different font that will fit or ask you to shorten what is to be engraved.  Please be sure to use a valid email address and phone number so that we may contact you, if needed. Monograms are for initials only and remember that they are usually done with the last name initial in the middle.  When placing an order, please enter the initials exactly as you want them to appear on the piece.

How long will engraving delay the order?

We can usually get engraved items out in the same time frame as other items.

Sorry, if it can be engraved, engraving will be offered on the page that the item is located.
