Can I order by phone?

We had our phone number listed on the site in the beginning, however as the site became more popular we began to spend more and more time on the phone. This became a problem in the fact that we could not do all the things we needed to do such as process orders, restock inventory, and keep the site up to date. Therefore we removed the phone number and decided to only answer questions through email and to only accept orders through the shopping cart. However, we do sometimes contact you by phone when there is a question with an order, so always enter a valid phone number.

Can I order by mail or fax?

Yes, you can check out with the shopping cart and choose the option that will allow you to either fax or mail the order with your credit card information.

Can I pay with something other than my credit card?

Yes, we also accept PayPal (all PayPal orders shipped to confirmed address only). We do not accept checks, cashiers checks, money orders or travelers checks.

Do you have a catalog and do you sell wholesale?

We do not have a catalog, we only sell from the site and we only sell for the prices on the site. If you will compare the prices with prices in stores you will find that they are very competitive and very close to most wholesale prices now.

Can I get a discount if I order multiple items?

Sorry we do not offer discounts for ordering multiple items.

Do you have products other than what is listed on the site?

No, we have everything that we carry on the site. We do add new products from time to time, especially charms.

Is everything on the site sterling silver?

Yes, everything on the site is sterling silver. Now and in the future, if something is added that is not sterling silver it will be noted in the item description.

What is your delivery time?

Most orders are shipped priority mail within one to two days from the day of the order. We try to keep the site updated as to what is in stock, however sometimes things are ordered before we can change the site. If you order something that is out of stock we immediately place an order with our suppliers and usually have your order in the mail to you within five business days. If it is not available or is going to be longer than five days before we can ship your order we usually let you know by email or phone.

Do you ship other than priority mail?

Yes, we can ship one to two day express mail for $18.00 if you request it when you check out. We do not use FedEx or UPS at this time.

Will you ship other than the United States?

We ship only within the US and its territories.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes, we are proud to support our troops overseas.

Are the pictures shown actual size?

No, there is no way to show actual size on the internet due to the different screen sizes, browsers, and resolutions. Most of the pictures are shown larger than actual size.

Can I have a package shipped to an address other than my billing address?

Yes. You can choose the "Gift" option during checkout and have your order shipped to a different address. Be aware that if the email address, phone number, billing address or anything else causes suspicion, we may refuse to ship the order until we are satisfied that the order is legitimate. The best way to avoid this problem is to be sure that you use the correct billing address (this is the address that your credit card bill goes to). Be sure that you use a correct email address and phone number, along with a convenient time to call (we will call you before we ship). All PayPal orders will be shipped to the confirmed address, so if it has to go to a different address, use a credit card.
