Ordering

How To Order

  Ordering is easy through our "Secure" shopping cart.

To order, all you have to do is choose the item of your choice and click on "Purchase".  If at any time you would like to view your Shopping Cart just go to the top of each page and click on "Shopping Cart".  Continue to shop and add items to your cart.  When you are through shopping click on "Go to Checkout Now".  There you will find a list of everything you have chosen including Item Number, Description, and Price.  It will also have a total of all your choices including shipping.  At this point you have not bought anything.  You have several options to choose from, such as "Continue Shopping" or "Check Out".  Make your choices, fill out all information and submit your order.

Shipping and Shipping Charges

All orders will be shipped by either Priority or Express Mail within 48 business hours from the date of order.  If any delays greater than 3 days are expected you will be notified by e-mail or phone.  

All orders will be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder.  If the address and zip code does not match when we run the credit card the order will be canceled and you will have to submit another order with the correct information.  This change has been implemented because of credit card fraud.

All Priority orders up to $300.00 will be charged $7.00 for shipping.  This is not $7.00 per item; it is $7.00 per order no matter how many items you purchase up to $300.00.  Anything over $300.00 will be charged $8.00 shipping.

All Express orders up to $300.00 will be charged $18.00 and $20.00 for anything over $300.00

We can only ship within the United States.

If you have to have all or none of what you order, you will have to specify that in "Special Instructions" at check out.  If this is not specified in "Special Instructions" the partial order will be shipped.

Guarantees

All items are guaranteed against defects in workmanship.  If you receive an item that has a defect due to workmanship or the item is not what was ordered simply contact us for a return authorization number and return it to us postmarked within 15 days from the date of shipment and we will repair or replace it free of charge.  Sorry we can not be responsible for neglect or abuse and we cannot be responsible for return shipping cost.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for a refund or exchange.  

You must contact us prior to returning any item (or items) for refund or exchange with the order number (a 12 digit number at the top of the order that looks like this 1736-3830-4320) and reason for return and obtain a return authorization number.

Sorry no refunds or exchanges on items that have been engraved.

Your return must be postmarked within 15 (no exceptions) days from the date it was shipped for returns and exchanges, and it must be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped to you.

All packages received that does not have a return authorization number written with the address or postmarked after 15 days from the shipping date will be refused.

For refunds you will receive a complete refund less any shipping.  

All orders returned by USPS as not deliverable or refused will be treated as a return.  A credit for the total amount less shipping will be issued.  If you would like the merchandize reshipped you will have to place a new order.

If you would rather exchange the item, you will need to return the item that you have for a credit and place another order for the item that you would like to exchange for.  That way we both will have a record.

Send all returns and exchanges to A Touch of Silver (return authorization number), 1001 McMillan Ave, Bay Minette, Alabama  36507.  We suggest that you ship using some form of postage that will allow you to track the package (we cannot be responsible for packages lost during shipment)

Be sure to print the return authorization number where it is visible near the address.
